Travelling within the sphere of inevitability

The time has come once again for me to hit the road and leave the cold North behind for the sunny South (some of you might doubt that moving from one Scandinavian country to another counts as moving further South, but just google it and you'll see:). Tomorrow we take our places in the oversize car/van and hit the highway for eight hours until finally we enter the city of Copenhagen with immense anticipation for the week ahead. What will we do you might ask, well firstly get the keys for my sister's flat, secondly get installed, then if I know my man correctly we will eat then cuddle on the sofa. I don't have a license so he'll get his way, whatever he wants he'll get after those eight hours of driving. I'll just be handing him drinks and snacks along the way, and probably talk - A LOT! It will be fun to see if we'll make it this time without arguing.
Seriously I'm in luck this weekend since my favourite Scottish lass will be in Copenhagen too. It'll be great to see her again, although I did see her not too long ago when I was over visiting the village. It's always fun, but I missed her at Roskilde this year, she has promised she will bring better weather with her next year though so I guess that's ok. I know I should write an update on the festival, but since my return I've been kept busy (and my brain was too tired) - particularly this week painting my parents' house...because they have finally decided and set a date to sell the house. So for all of you who didn't manage to come over for a visit and see the spectacular view here goes.

By winter of course

and summer :)

Now I better start packing if we are ever to leave semi-early.

My parents just bought that, so we are actually driving in that tomorrow...
For me absolutely not - I tried to convince them that they needed a volvo cabriolet instead, but unfortunately it didn't work.
